Is there a minimum guest count?
Our standard minimum is 25 guests. If your gathering is smaller, ask us about catering with the 25-person minimum charge.
Do you cook at the event?
Yes! We bring our mobile taco stand and cook and serve on-site. Please plan for a shaded, outdoor 10 × 10 ft setup area. Our comal uses an open flame, so the cooking setup must be outdoors.
How long do you serve?
Our published service includes one hour for events under 75 guests, or 90 minutes for 75 guests and up. Enjoy all-you-can-eat tacos during your agreed serving window. We typically arrive about an hour beforehand to set up.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
We offer grilled vegetable options and use corn tortillas. Please tell us about any allergies or gluten-free requests so we can confirm ingredients and preparation. We cannot promise an allergen-free cooking environment.
How do I reserve my date?
Send us an inquiry first. Once availability and your quote are confirmed, a 20% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due the week of your event after our confirmation call.
